The new LEGO James Bond minifigure is perfect for Star Wars too

LEGO Speed Champions 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5 includes the first James Bond minifigure and it turns out that it’s useful for Star Wars too.

Reddit user Dalekg has received their copy of 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5 after it launched earlier this month. However, since they posted to the LEGO Star Wars subreddit, their interest wasn’t solely for the vehicle or getting the first James Bond minifigure.

The James Bond minifigure in 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5 is based on No Time to Die, meaning it’s also the first depiction of Daniel Craig in minifigure form.

The actor had a role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens as the Stormtrooper that released Rey from her restraints, though the helmet was never removed so you might not have realised this initially.

However, with Daniel Craig now having a minifigure in 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5, it’s entirely possible to recreate this First Order Stormtrooper just as Dalekg has done.

LEGO 76911 007 Aston Martin DB5 is available now but you can only find First Order Stormtrooper armour in a range of retired models based on the sequel trilogy.

Hahahahaaaa! I’m glad you liked my “custom” minifig! Seriously, when I first saw photos of the DB5 doing that was the first thing that came to mind, I’m chuffed it’s been so well-received.
