LEGO Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order set and more rumoured for summer 2022

A new rumour has surfaced, suggesting that a model based on a droid from Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is coming later this year.

Promobricks reports that a model for Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is coming later this year after a sequel was announced. This information has not been officially confirmed by the LEGO Group and should be taken with caution.

According to the source, 75335 BD-1 is coming on August 1 and that model of droid has only been featured in two notable Star Wars media in recent years. The first was as a companion to Cal Kestis in the Jedi Fallen Order videogame, which the rumour states that the build is based on, and there was another BD unit in The Book of Boba Fett. The LEGO Group has previously explained why there are no models based on the game in the current lineup of LEGO Star Wars.

Promobricks believes that the set will be made up of 1,062 pieces and be similar to 75318 The Child, including an informative plaque and a minifigure of BD-1 as well as the brick-built recreation of the character. Considering the size of the droid it might be that this uses a new piece, which is recognised as a possibility in the rumour.

The price of 75335 BD-1 is listed in the rumour as €99.99. Also included in the report is 75340 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar for September 1 costing €34.99, as potentially the latest entry into the annual holiday celebrations from a galaxy far, far away.

The rumour states that minifigures for R2-D2 and C-3PO are probably featured in seasonal outfits as well as Luke Skywalker in Hoth attire.

Promobricks reports that a set labelled 75325 is also scheduled for June 1 based on The Book of Boba Fett with 411 pieces for €69.99. The source notes that a possible new brick for BD-1 could align with the same droid type belonging to Peli Motto for a recreation of the hangar seen in the series as well as the Mandalorian. However, it is made clear in the rumour that this is only an assumption and should be taken with a pinch of salt.

As usual, treat all rumours with caution until an official announcement arrives. You can keep track of every report in our comprehensive list.
