LEGO Jurassic World 30382 Baby Velociraptor Playpen revealed

A new LEGO Jurassic World polybag has been found, 30382 Baby Velociraptor Playpen.

One of the most anticipated LEGO themes this year is the one based on Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, that after some switching around will now follow the launch of the sets based on Solo: A Star Wars Story.

In the new sets there are a few interesting new pieces, with one of the best being the baby dinosaur. Brickset has discovered a new polybag that puts the little critter front and centre, 30382 Baby Velociraptor Playpen. This could be inspired by the flashback seen in the trailer that sees Chris Pratt’s Owen bonding with Blue the raptor as a baby. The colour on the polybag dinosaur matches that of the fully grown Blue in 75928 Blue’s Helicopter Pursuit.

With several of the new LEGO Jurassic World sets incorporating incubation and baby dinosaurs, this polybag will nicely complement the broader theme.

Jurassic World is due for release in the UK on June 8, 2018 and in the USA on June 22, 2018. The LEGO sets based on the film are expected to launch April 2018.
