First LEGO Marvel Brick Sketches swing in for 2022

More superheroes are getting the Brick Sketches treatment in April 2022 as the first two LEGO Marvel portraits have just launched on LEGO.com.

Miles Morales’ popularity has only increased after his appearance as the star of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse in 2018. One of his looks in the animated film saw him sporting a hoodie over the Spider-Man costume and the LEGO Group have been keen to reference that outfit in minifigures and models since.

One of the first two LEGO Marvel Brick Sketches, which are available from today, April 1, 2022, is 40536 Miles Morales, depicting the character in his signature hoodie, including the lace looped through the hood hanging off the edge of the portrait.

These are the two LEGO Brick Sketches that are available today, one based on Marvel comics and the other based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe:

For those who are unfamiliar with Brick Sketches, these affordable brick-built portraits cost £14.99 / $16.99 / €16.99 each and can either be hung on a wall or displayed stood up using an included stand that folds into the back of each build.

As well as the Brick Sketches for Iron Man and Miles Morales, previous entries in the theme include one for BB-8, Batman and Mickey Mouse, all of which are available now on the official online store.
