LEGO Millennium Falcon Black Friday deals 2021

LEGO Star Wars 75192 UCS Ultimate Collectors Series Millennium Falcon review title 1200x675 1

LEGO Star Wars’ biggest and arguably best set is still persevering on shelves in 2021 – but will 75192 Millennium Falcon see any substantial discounts for Black Friday? We weigh up whether it’s worth holding on for November 26 to grab Han Solo’s famous freighter.

LEGO Millennium Falcon Black Friday deals

75192 Millennium Falcon first made headlines in September 2017, when it arrived as the biggest and most expensive LEGO set to date at 7,541 pieces for £649.99 / $799.99 / €799.99. It’s since been eclipsed in part count by 10276 Colosseum and 31203 World Map, but it remains the biggest LEGO Star Wars set of all time. (And, of course, the biggest LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon ever.)

If you’re hoping to save a chunk of cash on the newest LEGO UCS Millennium Falcon, Black Friday could be a perfect opportunity – whether through any potential discounts, or simply by making the most of the expected double VIP points promo and any accompanying gifts-with-purchase.

LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon double VIP points

LEGO Star Wars Double VIP points Brick Fanatics

Last year, the LEGO Group ran a double VIP points promo across LEGO VIP Weekend, which takes place a week before Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It hasn’t yet confirmed whether the same deal will be running in 2021, but if it is, you’ll be able to rack up a huge haul of VIP points by purchasing 75192 Millennium Falcon.

Double VIP points is equivalent to an effective 10% discount in cashback to spend on future purchases (or exclusive rewards). You’ll need to be a member of the LEGO VIP program to take advantage, but it’s free to join, and you’ll get exclusive benefits including early access to brand new sets.

LEGO Millennium Falcon gifts-with-purchase and promotional products

If there’s one thing we can pretty much guarantee for LEGO Black Friday in 2021, it’s that the LEGO Group will have at least one gift-with-purchase available during the event. The previous ceiling for qualifying spends on those Black Friday GWPs has been £200 / $200 / €200, so even if this year’s promotional sets eclipse that by some margin, picking up 75192 Millennium Falcon should still be enough all on its own to bag any freebies the LEGO Group has on offer.

LEGO Millennium Falcon retiring Black Friday deals

Good news: 75192 Millennium Falcon is reportedly staying on shelves until at least the end of 2022, solidifying its status as an evergreen LEGO Star Wars set in the process. That means this year won’t be your last chance ever to pick up the huge Ultimate Collector Series set – unless the LEGO Group decides to unexpectedly bring forward its retirement date – but it may still be the cheapest (or at least most beneficial) time of year to grab it.
