LEGO New Year’s sale begins in the USA with discounts of up to 50%

Fans in the USA can now enjoy selected LEGO sets discounted by up to 50%, with a whole range of sets in the New Year’s sale.

For a week now, fans in the UK have been enjoying discounted sets at LEGO.com. Now, collectors in the USA can get in on the action with deals of up to 50% off selected sets as part of the big New Year’s Day sale.

The deals include a discount on full boxes of LEGO Collectible Minifigures Disney Series 2, bringing them down to $191.99 instead of $239.99. Not only are the minifigures rarely sold in full boxes, but it is very unusual for those boxes to then get a discount.

Here are some of the best deals available in the new sale – collectors should act quickly though, as the UK sale saw some of the sets sell out very quickly:
