LEGO NINJAGO 30539 Lloyd’s Quad Bike free with purchases in February

LEGO NINJAGO 30539 Lloyd’s Quad Bike will be given away with a $40 spend on LEGO sets in February – but only in LEGO Stores.

According to the US LEGO Store calendar for next month, the brand new polybag won’t be available online during the promotional period of February 15 to 21. That will likely have to change for the UK market, though, because all LEGO Stores in the country are currently closed under national lockdown rules.

It’s curious timing for the promo given it’s themed around NINJAGO’s recently-revealed Season 14 sets, which won’t arrive on shelves until March. 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens is currently available for VIPs (albeit on back order) and will enjoy a wider launch on February 1, but could well be temporarily out of stock by the time 30539 Lloyd’s Quad Bike goes live two weeks later.

Of course, there are plenty of other LEGO NINJAGO sets available to order, including a fresh batch of Legacy sets that arrived in January. If you’d rather do your LEGO shopping earlier in the month, though, you’ll have plenty of incentive to spend: 40417 Year of the Ox will be free with an $85 spend, while LEGO Friends 30411 Chocolate Box & Flower will be included with all purchases above $40.

The UK calendar for February has yet to be revealed, but you can expect parity in GBP for all those thresholds. Picking up LEGO Ideas 21325 Medieval Blacksmith will therefore net you the first two promos, while you’ll have to turn to LEGO NINJAGO products above £40 for 30539 Lloyd’s Quad Bike (if it does indeed materialise at in the UK).

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then. You can follow me on Twitter at @brfa_chris.
