LEGO NINJAGO summer 2020 information

Summer 2020 will see a new wave of LEGO NINJAGO sets, representing classic content as well as new stories.

Now that International Toy Fair has begun in Nuremberg, Germany, information on the summer wave of LEGO NINJAGO sets can be shared.

The fast-paced nature of an event like London Toy Fair means it is hard to take down all of the information, and in the case of LEGO NINJAGO, Brick Fanatics only had a brief glimpse during a whistle-stop tour. That means that this information is incomplete, but at least paints a partial picture of what is coming from the long-running action-adventure theme.

NINJAGO Legacy will continue with new sets updating classic models and storylines. A new small pack will be offered, with the series including 70685 Spinjitzu Burst Cole, 70686 Spinjitzu Burst Kai and 70687 Spinjitzu Burst Lloyd.

71705 Destiny’s Bounty will bring back the famous ship, ensuring that the current crop of children can own the vessel.

A new range of LEGO NINJAGO sets will tie into the new animated stories. At least some of the sets can be combined to create a table top board game experience, with a special new die element on the way that does not look like a traditional die.

Some of the sets are:
71718 Dragon
71720 Fire Mech
71721 Skull Dragon
71722 Dungeon of Doom

Zusammengebaut has been at International Toy Fair, sharing two more sets:
71717 Lloyd
71719 Rhinoceros

Other LEGO products that have been announced today include DOTS, Technic Fast & Furious, Technic Lamborghini, Friends summer releases, Creator summer releases, City summer releases, Technic summer releases, Marvel Super Heroes 76165 Iron Man Bust and Architecture 21054 The White House.
