LEGO Star Wars 75200 Ahch-To set gets early release in Ireland

LEGO Star Wars 75200 Ahch-To Island Training is getting an early launch in Ireland, thanks to the location being filmed at Skellig Island.

UPDATED: Disney Ireland has clarified that LEGO Star Wars 75200 Ahch-To Island Training will get its exclusive early release in Ireland on December 15.

The scenic Skellig Island, Ireland, has received much publicity thanks to being the location where Star Wars: The Force Awaken’s climactic scene was filmed. With plenty of action in The Last Jedi taking place on its fictional facsimile, Ahch-To, the LEGO set 75200 Ahch-To Island Training will give fans the chance to recreate the movie moments. Rebelscum reports the news that thanks to the Ireland tie-in, the set is on sale early at the Disney Store, Dublin for €29.99.

As well as being able to pick up 75200 Ahch-To Island Training early at the Disney Store, Irish fans got a first look at the set on The Late, Late Toy Show, screened on television channel RTÉ. The TV show also looked at other LEGO sets including LEGO Star Wars 75190 First Order Star Destroyer and  LEGO BOOST 17101 Creative Toolbox.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be released on December 14 in the UK and December 15 in the USA. The LEGO sets based on the upcoming movie are available now.
