LEGO Star Wars 75251 Darth Vader’s Castle available to pre-order now

LEGO Star Wars 75251 Darth Vader’s Castle was announced yesterday and is available for pre-order today.

One of the positive things that the LEGO Group does is sell (almost) all retailer exclusives through shop.LEGO.com. So while fans in the US can pre-order 75251 Darth Vader’s Castle from Amazon, who have the exclusive on the new set, everyone – in the US and around the world – can pre-order it from shop.LEGO.com.

Priced at £119.99 in the UK and $129.99 in the US, the set – revealed yesterday – will be released on December 1. In an unusual move, the set is available for fans to order now ahead of its shipping date. It will only be available from Amazon and shop.LEGO.com, with fans speculating that it was originally intended to be a Toys R Us exclusive set.

The set is based on the location seen in Solo: A Star Wars Story, and includes the memorable location that sees an armour-less Darth Vader submerged in bacta.

Collectors need to keep making shelf space at the moment, as this set comes hot on the heels of 75222 Betrayal at Cloud City, 75230 Porg, 41627 Luke Skywalker & Yoda, 41628 Princess Leia Organa and 41629 Boba Fett.
