Another update to the sales of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga reveals it was the best-selling game in April 2022.

According to new data shared by NPD, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker has managed to take the top spot for game sales in its launch month, following a trend of it topping the charts in the weeks after release and being the biggest global launch for a LEGO game ever.

It seems safe to say that, in terms of sales, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga can be considered a success after the lengthy delay. In April 2022, it beat previously-released games such as Elden Ring and another new game for the month – Nintendo Switch sports.

Another chart organised by NPD reveals that in 2022 so far, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is the second best-selling just behind Elden Ring, pushing Pokémon Legends: Arceus down one rank, though that’s only counting physical sales for the latter title.

The exact numbers haven’t been revealed, though this should give you a good idea of how popular this title has been since its launch. Those who have yet to finish the game, whether due to time constraints or glitches, can look forward to an upcoming patch for the game that will address some of these errors.
