LEGO Star Wars: The Bad Batch set reveal may be later than expected

The reveal for the LEGO Star Wars: The Bad Batch shuttle set may be a little later than some were expecting according to an online retailer.

JB Spielwaren may have revealed that the upcoming model based on the new animated Star Wars series could be unveiled soon, but still not exactly when builders were hoping it to.

The German retailer has updated their Instagram story to include a strange countdown, where the background image depicts a pixelated part of the poster for the show, which has now released. The story includes a LEGO hashtag, indicating that whatever they are teasing is relating to LEGO and Star Wars: The Bad Batch.

The German division of the LEGO Group has already released the initial images of the set in the form of an advertisement but at a lower quality. Some may have been expecting a full reveal for the model today, with it being May the Fourth. However, this new development might suggest otherwise.

Should JB Spielwaren be referring to a reveal, then we should be seeing the first proper images of The Bad Batch Shuttle on May 7 but remember that nothing is confirmed until officially announced by the LEGO Group.

We’ll keep you updated on the latest LEGO Star Wars news as the reveals of upcoming sets continue. Other rumours are suggesting that the summer wave of Marvel models is to be revealed soon too.
