LEGO Star Wars: The Mandalorian – building a chibi Razor Crest

Those looking to build a LEGO model of The Razor Crest in scale to a Sandcrawler set will want to check out this chibi build of the signature ship from Star Wars: The Mandalorian.

Almost a year after Star Wars: The Mandalorian debuted, the LEGO Group released 75292 The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transport, based on Mando’s Razor Crest. While the set includes key features to delight fans, it’s a too big for a bookshelf and too big compared to several of the LEGO Sandcrawler sets.

This cute chibi version is a great scale for popping next to a Sandcrawler, although the Jawa minifigures might look a bit oversized.

As a stand alone model, it has a lovely chunky, stylised style that is in line with the LEGO chibi look. There are few visible studs, giving the model a nice, smooth finish.

There’s space for Din Djarin to be popped into the cockpit – and if placed on his lap, Baby Yoda would probably fit inside too.
