LEGO Store calendar reveals May promotions

The new LEGO Store calendar reveals what the May promotions will be in the USA.

With Rebelscum sharing the new LEGO Store calendar for May 2018, the promotions that will be running throughout the month have been revealed. While the Star Wars May the Fourth specials were discovered yesterday, the leaflet shares some previously unannounced information too.

Purchases on LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets that total $50 or more will get the Teen Groot keychain for free, seemingly throughout the entire month. From May 16 until May 31, VIPs will get early access to two new exclusive LEGO sets – these are likely to be 42083 Bugatti Chiron and the rumoured Creator Expert fairground set.

From April 23, fans can ‘take the Kessel Run adventure’, a build activity for children in-store. For those who prefer to take their creations away, during the May the Fourth weekend there will be a special make and take build.

On Friday, May 4, the all new Ultimate Collector Series set, 75181 Y-wing Starfighter will get its official launch, available for fans to order. Additionally, any LEGO Star Wars purchase over $75 (UK and Europe thresholds to be confirmed), will get 40288 BB-8 for free. This exclusive polybag includes unique printed pieces in a buildable version of the adorable ball droid.

Solo: A Star Wars Story will be released on [geot exclude_country=”United States”]May 24[/geot][geot country=”United States”]May 25[/geot]. The LEGO Star Wars sets based on the film will launch on April 20.
