LEGO store mascot Lester hits London tourist spots

The world’s largest LEGO store is set to open in Leicester Square, London, in November. The destination store will be situated opposite M&M’s World and the Nickelodeon Store, both hugely popular with tourists. To connect the LEGO store London to its location, a new minifigure is being introduced named Lester.

Lester is described as the ‘the quintessential English gentleman’ and wears a union jack shirt and bowler hat. Unique merchandise featuring the character is expected to be sold at the flagship store once it opens.

The character has been drumming up publicity for the new LEGO store during a walkabout in Central London.
