LEGO Super Mario 71360 Adventures with Mario Starter Course back at LEGO.com

Pre-orders for LEGO Super Mario 71360 Adventures with Mario Starter Course are being offered again at the official LEGO online shop.

After intitially launching a week ago, LEGO Super Mario 71360 Adventures with Mario Starter Course disappeared from LEGO.com. The set is now available to pre-order, but without 40414 Monty Mole & Super Mushroom Expansion Set included for free.

This year marks the 35th birthday of Super Mario, hence the launch of this new theme with a digital component. An entire range will be available from August 1, with 71360 Adventures with Mario Starter Course required to play the game.

LEGO Super Mario is not Nintendo’s first brick-building product

71366 Piranha Plant Power Slide Expansion Set and 71369 Bowser’s Castle Boss Battle Expansion Set were also announced recently. A tie-in app will also be released to complement the sets when they launch in August.

The large Mario figure needs to be hopped from spot to spot in order to play the gamem, with tiny screens on the figure reacting to the environment. Other characters in the game will be brick built.
