LEGO Technic 42095 Remote-Controlled Stunt Racer not retiring yet

According to new information, LEGO Technic 42095 Remote-Controlled Stunt Racer will not be retiring as expected, but will continue into 2021.

LEGO Technic 42095 Remote-Controlled Stunt Racer (review) was expected to retire this year, named along with other sets ready to be delisted. An update from Stone Wars say that the set will now remain in production until June 2021, meaning it has been removed from this updated list of retiring LEGO sets.

The 324 piece set offers two different builds, both of which offer remote control action thanks to the inclusion of Power Functions elements. It’s a tough beast, with treads to ensure it can tackle rough terrain while getting some fancy steering.

It’s not the only set that isn’t retiring after all, with a few LEGO Harry Potter sets also now expected to continue into 2021.

Dozens of sets from across the entire LEGO portfolio are due to retire this year. Even if your Technic collection is up to date, then, it’s worth checking out the full list to see the various City, Creator Expert, DC, Marvel, Overwatch and Star Wars sets expected to disappear in 2020.
