LEGO VIDIYO summer 2021 sets revealed, including brand new brick-built stages
The LEGO Group has unveiled the second wave of VIDIYO sets, which expand beyond Bandmates and BeatBoxes into fully-fledged, brick-built stages.
It feels like just last month the first batch of LEGO VIDIYO products arrived on shelves – mainly because it was – but the LEGO Group is clearly keen to get more music-driven augmented-reality content in front of kids, this time bringing some of the theme’s digital experience into the physical world.
That’s predominantly through the five new stage sets that act as a tangible, brick-built backdrop for the music videos created through VIDIYO’s app, which have previously relied on whatever you could fashion from your environment (be it with LEGO bricks or otherwise) and virtual effects.
June will also bring us two new BeatBoxes alongside those bigger, more involved builds, before a second series of blind-boxed Bandmates arrives in October. Scroll down for a closer look at all the LEGO VIDIYO sets announced today.

Author Profile
- I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
