Life-size LEGO Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 heavier than any other Lambo

The recently-unveiled LEGO Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 is now the heaviest Lambo in the world, outweighing any real-life models.

Coming in at 2,200kg, the brick-built supercar is a full kilogram heavier than the Lamborghini Urus SUV, the car maker’s supercharged off-roader. The real-life Sián weighs roughly 1,599kg, although Lambourghini have never released an official curb weight.

Of course, the LEGO version of the supercar wasn’t built to be lightweight and quick. 400,000 LEGO Technic pieces aren’t quite as aerodynamic and light as genuine car bodywork.

Nonetheless, the brick-built vehicle does look the part, with a paint job straight from Lamborghini’s own bodywork artists. The outer layer of plates might not be airtight like the real car, but it looks pretty close from afar.

The Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 is the first hybrid production vehicle from the brand and they’re only making 63 of them in the first run. The LEGO version is even rarer, with just one being made and it’s not available for the general public to buy, much to car fans’ disappointment around the world.

Although you can’t take home the life-size version of the car, 42115 Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 is available to buy for £349.99 / $379.99 / €379.99. Find out more about the build in our in-depth review.
