LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham mascot takes to the railways

A LEGO minifigure surprised passengers at Banbury railway station to promote the new LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Birmingham.

Bertie, the minifigure mascot of the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham, has spent a day as an apprentice on the Chiltern Railways line in Oxfordshire. He met passengers at Banbury railway station in order to promote a special offer that the new attraction is offering.

Chiltern Railways customers can get a two for the price one entry deal at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, which recently opened in Birmingham city centre.

“Bertie was delighted to be an apprentice at Chiltern Railways for the day,” Marketing Manager Christopher Coventry told the Banbury Guardian.
