I have checked with John Lewis, as the code didn’t work for me either, and they said offers are allocated to individual memberships, not as a blanket offer. They couldn’t/wouldn’t allow me access to the offer. So, we’re not doing anything wrong. Just not everyone can use the code.

The code doesn’t work. And I’ve read that loads of people are having the same problem. I’m contacting John Lewis about this, but Brickfanatics should also look into why this is an issue for so many people! A couple of sets I wanted to buy have now gone our of stock because I can’t use the code, and I’m not alone!
