Could we see more LEGO Star Wars Obi-Wan sets after successful show launch?

Obi-Wan Kenobi had the most watched premiere of any show on Disney+, which could lead to more LEGO Star Wars sets based on the programme.

We know that the LEGO Star Wars team keep a close eye on what’s popular with audiences when deciding which sets to put into production, so following the announcement that Obi-Wan Kenobi pulled in the biggest audience for any Disney+ launch, we’re hoping that it leads to more LEGO Star Wars sets for everyone’s favourite bearded Jedi.

Up until now, the offering has been modest, with 40547 Obi-Wan Kenobi & Darth Vader Brickheadz and 75336 Inquisitor Transport Scythe the only sets directly linked to the show. Obi-Wan does also get a new version of his ship in 75333 Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Jedi Starfighter though, but that’s part of the wider LEGO Star Wars theme. But with the popularity of the show, which has its third episode released today, could the LEGO Star Wars team have anything else up the sleeves of their cloaks? We’ve certainly got some suggestions for them, should they need it, with six minifigures and sets we really, really want.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is streaming now on Disney+ and joins an ever growing roster of successful TV shows set in that galaxy, far, far away, including The Mandalorian, The Book Of Boba Fett, The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch. Only recently, three other new shows were announced, including Andor, Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew, which, if successful, should leave LEGO fans looking forward to a bumper crop of new sets in the coming months.
