An international poster and trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi have been released by Lucasfilm.
Possible spoilers for Star Wars: The Last Jedi follow.
Lucasfilm has unveiled a poster and a trailer designed to promote Star Wars: The Last Jedi in overseas markets. The poster is the more intriguing of the two items, as for the first time in any marketing for The Last Jedi, it shows Luke Skywalker holding a lightsaber. Speculation has been rife that the one time hero no longer wishes to use the Jedi weapon, with this seemingly confirming that he will. Conversely, this may just be the marketing department using some artistic licence.
The international trailer is almost identical to the recently released theatrical trailer, but with a few shots switched out including one that provides a brief glimpse of C-3PO.
LEGO sets based on Star Wars: The Last Jedi are available now. Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be released on December 14 in the UK and December 15 in the USA.
