One more LEGO Ideas contest is coming before 2021 ends

The LEGO Ideas team has begun to tease an incoming event as it has now been confirmed that one more contest is coming before 2022 arrives.

As part of the LEGO Ideas blog for both of the closed 21329 Fender Stratocaster and NINJAGO Unity Microgame contests, a section titled ‘What’s Next?’ has revealed that another challenge is coming in the final months of 2021 with a tease suggesting that, although there may be some time before it arrives, it will be particularly great.

No other information is provided regarding the theme of the upcoming contest, or what prizes it will include but the mention of it being ‘a great one’ suggests that it may differ from others.

With little time remaining in the year to announce it, and the holiday season approaching, it may be that this upcoming contest is based on Christmas or another seasonal event. However, this has not been confirmed.

The LEGO Ideas activities will continue to operate weekly through to the end of 2021, with the latest tying in with the recent opening of pre-orders for LEGO for Adults 10294 Titanic.
