Prices for rumoured LEGO theme sets spotted online

More rumours about a possible all-new LEGO theme suggest that it could include a set over €100 among its four initial builds.

According to lego_insider_news on Instagram, a recently licensed 4+ LEGO theme could include four sets in its first wave, known only by their set numbers at the moment. The theme, which goes by the codename ‘Sparkles’, was first rumoured to be on its way just before Christmas 2022, but there’s no information on when we might expect to see it on its way.

For now, we only know that it could include four sets, ranging from a 58-piece set costing a whopping €14.99 up to a 497-piece set costing €106.99. These eye-watering prices, if they’re to be trusted, are not in line with their piece counts. This could suggest it’s an expensive license, or that the focus of these builds is more on the minifigures – or that these rumoured prices are not entirely accurate, something that lego_insider_news acknowledges in the caption of their post.

Whatever the reason, we’ll need to wait for official confirmation from the LEGO Group before we jump on board with any information about this rumoured theme. For now, here’s a reminder of all the details we’ve spotted so far about the possible LEGO Sparkles theme.
