Quick: LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival 80107 Spring Lantern Festival is back in stock

This year’s highly-sought-after LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival 80107 Spring Lantern Festival is back in stock online, but you’ll probably need to act quickly if you want it.

The 1,793-piece model has proved difficult to come by in 2021, largely because it’s sold exclusively through official channels – and all UK LEGO Stores have been closed for pretty much the entire year so far.

That means your only option for picking up the beautifully-realised recreation of a traditional Asian garden has been through LEGO.com, where stock levels have been temperamental at best, and non-existent at worst.

Fortunately, 80107 Spring Lantern Festival is currently back in stock and available now (so you won’t even have to bag it on back order), and also qualifies for both of this month’s seasonal freebies in 40449 Easter Bunny’s Carrot House and 30579 Easter Chick Egg.

If it has dropped back out of stock by the time you read this, hard luck – but it’s not the end of the world. As potentially the most popular Chinese Traditional Festival set to date (or at least, the demand for it seems to indicate as much), the LEGO Group will likely keep this one around for a while.

You won’t need to mash your F5 key until it comes back, though: as well as through stories like this one, we can keep you in the loop on its availability with personalised email notifications. Just sign up to our stock alerts and we’ll do the rest.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
