Radleys challenges LEGO fans to build a brick laboratory

A unique competition is asking LEGO aficionados to use the building system to out together a LEGO lab.

Radleys is a manufacturer of chemistry equipment for laboratories, and is challenging builders of all ages to come up with a LEGO lab, with prizes of £150 in LEGO sets available. There are three brackets for different age groups – 7 years old and younger, 8 – 13 and 14 years and over.

Previous entrants have come from every age group, from 4 – 45 years old and sent in from all over the UK and further afield. Entrants are judged on their creativity, originality, scientific know how and other fun factors.

“We are delighted to be able to launch the Lego lab competition once again, it’s our fourth year in a row! Each year we are amazed by the quality and creativity we receive and it’s harder than ever to pick winners,” said Inez Cornell, Marketing Manager. “We hope 2018 will be our biggest year yet!”

Builders should get their entries in before the deadline of Friday, September 7. The winners are due to be announced on Thursday, September 20.

More information on how to enter is available at the Radleys website.
