Rare LEGO Star Wars 75522 Droid Commander polybag available now

The hard to find polybag, LEGO Star Wars 75522 Droid Commander, is available again for fans to aquire.

When LEGO Star Wars BOOST 75253 Droid Commander was released last year, LEGO Star Wars 75522 Droid Commander polybag was offered as a promotional freebie for a limited time. Many missed out, and the little set is going for big bucks on the aftermarket (including the LEGO Group’s own aftermarket platform, Bricklink).

Now, the set is back via LEGO.com – just go to the VIP Reward Centre, where the set can be aquired for 1,350 points, which is approximately £8 worth of points. There is a maximum of two per person and to physically get hold of the polybag, an order will need to be placed at LEGO.com.

Thankfully, four new LEGO Star Wars sets launched today, so it is easy to find items to buy – 75278 D-O, 75277 Boba Fett Helmet, 75276 Stormtrooper Helmet and 75274 TIE Fighter Pilot Helmet.

The little set is inspired by LEGO Star Wars BOOST 75253 Droid Commander and includes an R2-D2 figure as well as bricks to build a Mouse Droid and Gonk Droid. There are also pieces to build a display stand and a 20 Years of LEGO Star Wars tile is included.
