Time is running out to pre-order LEGO 2K Drive
We’re nearing the release of LEGO 2K Drive and your chance to pre-order the game is running short, with a gift available on the official store.
LEGO 2K Drive, the first in a multi-title partnership with 2K Games, is days away from launch on May 19, 2023. That means you should probably pre-order the game sooner rather than later for those waiting for a good time.
You might consider purchasing the Awesome Edition of the title on LEGO.com as the expensive edition will have you well on your way towards the free 40586 Moving Truck, which comes with orders of £160 / $180 / €180 until May 21 for VIP members.
The regular version of the game costs £59.99 / $69.99 / €69.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series S/X or £49.99 / $59.99 / €59.99 on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. The Awesome Edition will set you back £84.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 on all platforms (or slightly more on LEGO.com). An Awesome Rivals Edition is also available digitally for £99.99 / $119.99 / €119.99 on all platforms.
While the truck is not confirmed to be in the game, several LEGO sets are featured including the title’s exclusive polybag. At the time of writing, LEGO 2K Drive no longer appears to be listed on the online store (orders are being processed though), but it could return before release.
Note that only some editions come with 30360 Aquadirt Racer depending on where you shop, as showcased in this report. Some editions include the season pass for the game which has since been detailed ahead of release.
While you wait for your copy to arrive, we went hands-on with the game before its official reveal and came away impressed with the scope of LEGO 2K Drive. The trophies and achievements have also been revealed, but beware that the list may include spoilers.
LEGO 2K Drive launches on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, Nintendo Switch and PC on May 19.
