Save £50 on LEGO ICONS 10292 The Friends Apartments at Zavvi

Zavvi is currently offering a huge discount on the original price of LEGO ICONS 10292 The Friends Apartments, which works out to a massive £50 off the set’s new RRP.

The follow-up to 2019’s 21319 Central Perk launched in 2021 for £129.99 in the UK, but fell victim to the LEGO Group’s wider price increases at the start of September. It will now cost you a whopping £159.99 at LEGO.com – but you can save a full £50 on that price by picking up the sitcom set from Zavvi, where it’s available for just £109.99. Could this *be* a better deal?

Complete with all the main characters from the classic ‘90s sitcom (plus Janice!), the 2,048-piece set includes all the bricks you need to assemble both Monica and Rachel’s and Chandler and Joey’s apartments, along with a small slice of the connecting hallway. Like most of the LEGO Group’s sitcom sets, it’s absolutely packed with references to key moments from the show, from Joey wearing all of Chandler’s clothes to the painting of Gladys.

The LEGO ICONS set isn’t due to retire for a while yet, but once Zavvi eventually follows suit and bumps up the RRP (in line with LEGO.com), we’re unlikely to see a deal as good as this one ever again. If you’re keen to get your hands on 10292 The Friends Apartments – which is also likely to be the final Friends set (there aren’t really many iconic locations left from the series) – this could be your best opportunity.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
