We officially have a second LEGO Harry Potter Deathly Hallows set

Just when you’ve been waiting years for a LEGO Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows set, two have come along in one year with 76405 Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition. 

76405 Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition has been revealed thanks to a shipping error with LegendsofTovon sharing a full suite of images. 

By taking a closer look at these images, we can see that 76405 Hogwarts Express Collector’s Edition includes minifigures from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, a duo of films that the LEGO Group have previously avoided in LEGO Harry Potter. 

However, with the release of 76403 The Ministry of Magic earlier this year and this new model, it appears that these films, which were once deemed to be not as in line with the LEGO Group’s values as earlier entries in the franchise, are now suitable for LEGO Harry Potter. 

The minifigures from the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows that are featured in 76405 Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition include an older Harry Potter, older Ginny Weasley, Albus Severus Potter, Lily Luna Potter, James Sirius Potter, as well as two unnamed students. 

These are all brand new minifigures for LEGO Harry Potter and it would seem likely that the older variant of the franchise’s main character could be popular for enthusiasts of the theme. 

Since 76405 Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition has been revealed by way of a shipping error, it has yet to be officially revealed and we have no confirmed details on its price or release date at the time.
