The Batman trailer reveals more context for the official LEGO sets

A new trailer for The Batman has been released, revealing more of the context behind the LEGO sets, such as more scenes of Gotham City.

Another trailer for The Batman has landed online thanks to the Warner Bros. UK and Ireland YouTube channel, with the latest look at the upcoming film featuring plenty of fresh footage showing the dynamic duo of Batman and Catwoman in action.

Named The Bat and The Cat, the new video follows a trailer earlier in 2021 as another view of the source material for the four official LEGO sets due in 2022, or available now in the US.

Several action scenes are included in the trailer with Batman and Catwoman interacting and teaming up against the various other villains in Gotham City, with teases that the duo’s relationship may be explored in the film. Selina Kyle and Batman can be found in both the smallest and largest System models in the LEGO The Batman range.

More shots of Gotham City can also be seen in the video, with one view being comparable to Times Square in New York with multiple screens featuring adverts that stand out next to the dismal and rainy streets.

All four The Batman LEGO sets will launch on January 1, 2022, in the UK and Europe, but are available to order now in the US. This includes the first Technic Batmobile which we’ve reviewed in full.
