The Flash movie to make its debut at upcoming CinemaCon 2023

Attendees at this year’s upcoming CinemaCon 2023 event will be among the first to get to watch DC Studios’ The Flash movie in full.

The first trailer for The Flash dropped recently during the Super Bowl, with footage from DC Studios’ tentpole summer superhero movie looking surprisingly strong. The film has had a longer-than-usual development period, compounded by a number of issues surrounding its lead actor, Ezra Miller.

Now that fans have had chance to watch what to expect from The Flash, anticipation is starting to ramp up for the long-delayed movie, one that features both Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as Batman. Although the film isn’t due to arrive in theatres until June 16, 2023 (June 23 for the US), lucky attendees at this year’s upcoming CinemaCon 2023 will be the first to check out The Flash in full.

Variety is reporting that the DC Studios release is scheduled to be screened at the show from April 25, at what will be a week of movie-related presentations and star-studded events. Word of mouth surrounding the Andy Muschietti-directed film suggests that the team tasked with bringing the fastest man alive to the big screen have knocked it out of the park. Rumours also state that The Flash may even reset the future of the DC cinematic universe, heralding the arrival of multiple franchises from new studio heads, James Gunn and Peter Safran.

Only one LEGO set is currently reported to be on the way for The Flash, although a number of other potential DC models are rumoured for 2023, including a huge Batcave build.
