The LEGO Group advertises product designer vacancy

The LEGO Group is advertising for a product designer, arguably one of the company’s most coveted roles.

Anyone who has dreamt of working a designer in Billund should dust off the CV – LEGO Senior Designer Samuel Johnson has shared a Tweet from the LEGO Group highlighting an exciting opportunity to work for the company.

The job description highlights some of the key things that a product designer at the LEGO Group does:

We are looking for a new talented designer to sketch, prototype, develop and build new play experiences and concepts. As a LEGO designer you will create the world’s best building and play experiences for boys and girls through brands like LEGO Star Wars, LEGO City, Creator, LEGO Technic, LEGO Friends and DUPLO.

To meet the requirements, applicants will need to have a passion for toys, qualifications in products or toy design, have an “aesthetic talent” and strong communication skills. That is not all of course, and the full job specification can be found on the advertisement.
