The LEGO Group encourages BrickLink users to ‘ask me anything’

An ‘ask me anything’ has launched on BrickLink, the reselling platform now owned by the LEGO Group, so that fans can ask questions directly.

Julia Goldin, the LEGO Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, has announced that an ‘Ask me anything’ (AMA) will run on BrickLink until January 31 at 9.00am EST. Bricklink members will be able to ask questions directly and get a response from the LEGO Group.

Feedback has also been being gathered on the LEGO Ambassador Network (LAN), where community representatives have been sharing feedback since the acquisition was announced.

As well as answering fan questions, the LEGO Group intends to understand what users want out of BrickLink better.

At the end of the announcement, the commitment yo the future of Bricklink is reaffirmed: “We remain committed to creating the best possible platform and experience for Adult LEGO enthusiasts whether you are a seller, buyer, a designer, or any combination of the three!”

The AMA comes on a busy new days, with the LEGO Group announcing new products including DOTS, Technic Fast & Furious, Technic Lamborghini, Friends summer releases, NINJAGO summer releases, Creator summer releases, City summer releases, Technic summer releases, Marvel Super Heroes 76165 Iron Man Bust and Architecture 21054 The White House.
