The LEGO monthly mini builds continue on the official online store

The rollout of the LEGO Group’s past monthly mini builds is continuing on the official online store, in what seems to have become a regular release.

Following the release of 40398 Easter Bunny in June, another monthly mini build model has arrived on LEGO.com in the UK and Europe, suggesting that the sets may have found a new home.

In what is likely a way to offload the remaining stock of the now-retired sets, 40399 Flower is now listed as a new polybag on the UK and European official online store, bringing the 68-piece build originally released in May 2020 exclusively at physical LEGO stores to a wider audience. Despite the name, the flowers are only one half of the set, with a small watering can also included.

At the small price of £2.49 / €2.99, 40399 Flower is a great basket-filler for the current offers at LEGO.com, but we’ve got a few more in case your order needs a bit of a boost.

The release of the May 2020 monthly mini build suggests that these will be monthly releases online, suggesting that the creatively-named 40400 Bird in a Tree (pictured above) will be next for August.

We’ll let you know when we know for sure if another monthly mini build will be joining 40398 Easter Bunny and 40399 Flower and the many other sets arriving online in August, including the new Super Mario wave.
