This LEGO banana train is pointless but brilliant

In what is sure to be a viral video within a few weeks, the LEGO banana train sees the brick engine following the yellow loop.

LEGO builder Justin Watkins has used a clever Technic mechanism with Power Functions in order to have this train move in a unique way.

Although the video is edited in such a way that it is not quite shown, the train really can just keep moving around the yellow track. Justin dubbed the moving model the ‘banana train’ thanks to the yellow loop that the traditional looking engine follows.
