This LEGO vacuum tidies your bricks and sorts them too

Whether you need to clean up those loose LEGO bricks under the cupboard or just have to sort your pieces by size, this invention does it all.

Matty of Unnecessary Inventions on YouTube and Twitter has themed their latest creation to LEGO, though we’d argue that this invention is anything but necessary for those with a plethora of LEGO bricks that they love to dump on the floor.

As satisfying as it can be to empty a bucket of LEGO bricks, for both younger and older builders, the mess it makes can be time-consuming to tidy up, especially with the smaller bricks.

The new invention is a container with sections split by dividers with holes of various sizes that can connect to a vacuum cleaner, sucking up any loose bricks and ensuing that the smaller elements go towards the bottom with the biggest at the top.

Other inventions from the online creator include a double-headed water bottle, but we believe that this is one of the more useful creations he has conceived. He showcased how this idea came to be with a behind the scenes video noting his inspiration as an episode of The Office.

This isn’t the first time that the worlds of The Office and LEGO have mixed as multiple Ideas projects have reached various review rounds over the years and one of them is now in development for an official set.
