Twelve builds of Christmas: Trying to trim the tree

Brick Fanatics presents a series of LEGO vignettes from Nick Sweetman, celebrating everything about Christmas in twelve original builds

To help our readers get ready for all of the festivities of Christmas, Brick Fanatics is presenting twelve builds to celebrate the season. Hopefully these delightful builds will help inspire you to build something holiday themed, or at the very least increase your anticipation for the big day.

Trying to trim the tree

The tree is up and the fun has begun,

Not sure though it will ever get done,

Kitty’s up high and thinks she’s a fairy,

Mum’s down low with something culinary.

Hi I’m Nick also known as Minifignick I love anything and everything about Lego As I child I collected the Space theme, which at the age of 11 I stupidly sold the lot to fund “more grown up things” whatever they were I can’t remember. That then was the start of my “dark age” which lasted up until a visit to Legoland with my then 5 year old son. 9 years later I’m still loving the brick and create anything from medieval banqueting halls to 1950’s Record Stores.
