Unofficial Easter themed LEGO make and take event coming to Birmingham

This spring, Touchwood and Mell Square shopping centres in Solihull will offer an unofficial LEGO “make and take” event.

A special Easter event taking place in Solihull, Birmingham, UK will give budding builders the opportunity to build a LEGO model to take away with them. Two shopping centres in Solihull – Touchwood and Mell Square – have enlisted Bright Bricks to offer the special build events.

With limited models on offer, it will be a first come first served affair – only 100 bunny and chick models will be available to build.

“It’s always difficult to keep the kids entertained during the school breaks but Solihull BID has you and your family covered this April,” Solihull BID Director Melanie Palmer told Birmingham Live. “Save the dates in your diaries and hop down to Solihull town centre for some LEGO brick-making fun.”

The LEGO model making will be held inside Touchwood on Good Friday, April 19 and in the Mell Square Gazebo on Easter Saturday, April 20.

For younger fans, a LEGO DUPLO pit will be in Mell Square from Tuesday, April 16 until Saturday, April 20.
