Thanks to unexpected crossover, combining LEGO Ideas 21336 The Office with Minions sets is perfectly plausible as we explore in our latest short.
There are a few ways to get ready for the launch of 21336 The Office on October 1, 2022, but you might not have expected stocking up on Minions models to be one of them. To promote the release of Minions: The Rise of Gru, an alternate version of The Office’s opening credits was released starring the familiar yellow characters and Gru on the role of classic characters.
Fortunately, these two licenses just so happen to be under the LEGO Group’s banner thanks to the Minions: The Rise of Gru sets and 21336 The Office, meaning it’s all too easy to recreate this crossover in bricks, at least when the LEGO Ideas set launches.
