The LEGO Star Wars: The Last Jedi sets, launched yesterday on September 1, are selling out fast at official LEGO Stores.

With the new range hotly anticipated by fans, it seems that not enough stock was provided to the official brand stores. The LEGO Store Watford has sold out of every LEGO Star Wars set based on The Last Jedi, aside from the contraction figures and 75176 Resistance Transport Pod – other stores have been running out of sets throughout the day.

"pod1gallery1"

At present, all of the sets are still available from the official online LEGO Store – only 75187 BB-8 is on back order. It is advisable to back order 75187 BB-8, as initial reaction seems to have the set pegged as the most desirable and it is possible that it will be on back order right up until the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi in December.

With triple VIP points, the free 30497 Heavy Assault Walker and the free 75192 Millennium Falcon print with LEGO Star Wars orders placed online, it may be safer to place an order at shop.LEGO.com than head out to a LEGO Store that may not have stock.

Brick Fanatics has so far reviewed 75176 Resistance Transport Pod and 75177 Heavy Scout Walker, both of which are recommended for LEGO Star Wars fans.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is due for release on December 14 in the UK and December 15 in the USA.
