Last chance for LEGO The Lord of the Rings sweepstake

Time is running out to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Middle-earth and every LEGO The Lord of the Rings set released to date.

During the livestream for 11377 The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith back in May 2026, it was revealed that LEGO Insiders members would be able to enter a special sweepstake to win some amazing Middle-earth prizes. Now the deadline for that contest is almost upon us, with today being your last opportunity to participate in the LEGO Icons competition.

Up for grabs is a once-in-a-lifetime seven-day trip to Hobbiton in New Zealand, with one winner plus a guest receiving a six-night hotel stay, as well as a guided tour of the movie set in Matamata.

What’s more, the LEGO Insiders member who wins the sweepstake will get to walk away with all six current LEGO The Lord of the Rings sets (not including GWPs), such as 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell, 10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr, 10367 The Lord of the Rings: Book Nook and the most-recent release in the series, 11377 The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith.

LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings set Pieces Price
10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell 6,167 £429.99 / $499.99 / €499.99
10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr 5,471 £399.99 / $459.99 / €459.99
10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire 2,017 £229.99 / $269.99 / €269.99

11377 The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith 8,278 £579.99 / $649.99 / €649.99

The full LEGO Insiders sweepstake prize package is worth a whopping $10,746.01, although it’s worth noting that only members in Canada, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, the Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Sweden, the UK and the USA are eligible to enter.
