DK reveals new LEGO book including minifigure

A new LEGO book has been revealed with the latest DK books product focusing on a minifigure’s journey back home and includes a minifigure and accessories.

LEGO Minifigure Mission is the latest book from DK made in partnership with the LEGO Group that has now been uploaded to the Penguin Random House retail online store, giving us our very first look at what this new novel might include.

The cover, which is only for sales purposes currently and not the final version reveals the title and some of the imagery that might be included in the final version. the most exciting part however might be the included minifigure and accessories.

With this not being the final retailer cover, it’s not confirmed that this is the exact minifigure you’ll be getting in the book, especially considering the main artwork of the character features parts of the hiker minifigure from Collectible Minifigures Series 16. If this version of the character is the final minifigure then this might mean a second chance for you to grab the exclusive prints and backpack piece from the character.

The story of the book features the tale of a minifigure’s journey back to the toy shelf, crossing treacherous locations such as the kitchen sink, a spooky hallway and dodging the claws of a plush cat. LEGO Minifigure Mission is listed as releasing on October 5 for $19.99.
