A new look and a new era on Brick Search

The Brick Search app has unveiled a new look and new features, marking the latest step in its evolution and cementing its place as a must-have for LEGO fans everywhere.

Having previously introduced the first-ever LEGO Collectible Minifigures code scanner in early 2024, Brick Search has now upped the ante again and introduced a host of new features, each designed to improve the experience of being a LEGO fan.

The first two new features released are the retiring sets section and the 2025 in LEGO section. Retiring sets is a list of every LEGO set due to retire, presented in a clear and convenient format. You can now browse every LEGO set by theme and then by retirement date, easily check what’s already in your collection, and add retiring sets you still need to your wishlist.

2025 in LEGO, meanwhile, is a curated list of the biggest talking points in the world of LEGO every month. Updated multiple times a week, 2025 in LEGO is the place to go to find the latest news, insights and opinions from a smorgasbord of leading LEGO content creators – including Brick Fanatics.

There are two more new sections that will be live in the very near future – Brick Score and Collections. More on those soon…

Brick Search users will also see a new content slider at the top of the new-look home screen. This is where in-depth looks at new sets, LEGO news and more will be found. Currently, Brick Search users can:

  • Browse all new LEGO Star Wars sets
  • Tour Neuschwanstein Castle
  • Take a LEGO minifigure quiz
  • Get the inside track on changes to LEGO and BrickLink accounts

And more!

The set listing page has had an overhaul too, so it’s cleaner and more visually appealing, with some crucial information – a set’s launch and retirement date – added too. These new features join collection and wishlist management, an extensive LEGO set archive and the revolutionary minifigure code scanner, which have all been retained.

Brick Search is available for download on iOS devices from the App Store, and for Android devices via the Play Store.

Upgrade to Brick Search Plus to get unlimited use of the minifigure code scanner, full access to the LEGO archive of more than 10,000 sets, a voucher for the Minifigure Store (UK/EU only; terms and conditions apply) and access to the Brick Search Plus newsletter and Discord server.
