Boxing day sale at the LEGO online shop

The annual LEGO post-Christmas sale is not waiting until New Year, it is starting today, December 26.

It is time to try and bag a bargain at shop.LEGO.com – let’s hope that the deals are better than the typical 20% off, and instead are more reminiscent of the 50% discounts that used to be offered. There is no start time, so the discounts may be available from midnight or may not start until the more socially acceptable form of morning – so those eager for the deals should keep checking the website and hope it doesn’t crash this year.

Additionally, any LEGO set purchased on Boxing Day will get a free Pick-a-Brick Box, that can be taken into a LEGO Store between January 1 and March 31 to fill with elements. Orders that are only for accessory products, such as minifigures, key chains and home items will not qualify for the box. This is the first time that online customers can get the brick box.
