Bring your LEGO wherever you go with the latest Adidas trainers
The collaboration between the LEGO Group and Adidas is continuing with a new pair of trainers that integrates bricks from your collection.
The UltraBoost DNA x LEGO Plates shoes have been revealed over on the Adidas website along with a release date and price details. Unlike previous pairs or other items in the sportswear collection, these trainers can be customised with actual LEGO bricks, similarly to that of the LEVI’s clothing.
The sides of the trainers feature plastic pockets that fit up to three four-stud bricks each, but we imagine it should work with tiles too, maybe this could be how to show off your collection of VIDIYO BeatBits.
It’s not confirmed whether the trainer will come with a collection of pieces to customise the sides but if not, suitable bricks shouldn’t be hard to find in your range of elements.
The trainers are part of the larger UltraBoost collection and are due to launch on April 8 for $200 a pair, and unfortunately, you won’t be earning VIP points on the purchase.
If you’ve been waiting for an opportunity to finish your LEGO look then these new shoes might help you gather an outfit that shows off your love of the bricks, just as long as you have the funds to afford them.

- LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
