Celebrity dog-fluencers visit LEGOLAND Windsor to meet Dexter the Dog

With Dexter the Dog arriving at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort as part of the new DUPLO Valley launch, some of social media’s best-known dogs have visited the theme park.

On March 14, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will open a refreshed DUPLO Valley, featuring the all-new DUPLO Dino Coaster. Dexter the Dog will appear for the first time in the updated area of the theme park when it opens for the 2020 season.

Marcel the Corgi (@lecorgi), Hugo and Huxley the Golden Retrievers (@hugoandursula), Hendrix and Luna the Pointers (@the_prettypointers) and Herbie and Dave the French Bulldogs (@herbieanddave) all turned up to meet Dexter the Dog and share some tips on being a social media star.

Dexter has his own dog-fluencer account on Instagram for fans to follow – @official_dexterthedog. He will be available to meet guests for photos and interaction in the refreshed DUPLO Valley.

“We’re thrilled to welcome some of the nation’s favourite dog influencers to LEGOLAND Windsor to help Dexter the Dog get ready for the opening of our new bigger and better DUPLO Valley land,” says Amy Loudon, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Social Media Manager. “One of Dexter’s most important jobs will be posing for selfies and creating magical moments for families, so we’re thankful to all the dogs who shared their canine expertise to help get Dexter ‘dogfluencer’ ready.”

Tickets to visit are available at the official LEGOLAND website.
