One of the best kinds of LEGO sets to pick up during a double points event is the exclusive and elusive modular buildings, and some are retiring this year.
Just in case you missed it, there are double points on all purchases on LEGO.com and in LEGO stores until June 29. Your best bet for builds to pick up anything that is exclusive to the LEGO Group and a few other retailers, as well as those models not often on sale. That accurately describes every single LEGO modular building.
Here's your comprehensive guide to every single LEGO modular building currently available and when those sets are retiring. Every single one of them will qualify for the free 40902 Tribute to Leonardo da Vinci gift-with-purchase.
Original modular buildings
There are now just three official LEGO modular buildings to adorn your street, the largest and oldest of which is 10326 Natural History Museum. The 4,000-piece and 1.5 baseplate-wide museum structure is as grandiose as it is historic, packed with all kinds of Easter eggs and references to appreciate. It's due to retire in December and could well sell out in the months beforehand. Pick it up now for £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99.
Next up is a single-baseplate corner module. 10350 Tudor Corner has been praised as one of the best modular buildings ever designed, especially for anyone in the UK. The familiar architectural details and innovative building techniques make this building stand out, available for £199.99 / $229.99 / €229.99 before its retirement in December 2028.
The only straight-modular modular building currently available is the new 11371 Shopping Street. This entry is due to retire in 2028 as well, priced at the new price point of £229.99 / $249.99 / €249.99. This pair of shops uses some interesting angles to add more space to your street.
Marvel modular buildings
This is usually where we would sing the praises of 76178 Daily Bugle, but that skyscraper was retired at the end of 2025. Instead, we'll turn the spotlight to 76269 Avengers Tower. This other skyscraper creation comes with its own assortment of exclusive Marvel minifigures, based on the movies, and has 5,201 pieces for £429.99, $499.99, €499.99. It's sure to stand out in a city display.
Moving to a set retiring later this year, we have 76294 The X-Mansion. After years of waiting for X-Men minifigures than wolverine, 76294 The X-Mansion came along with almost everyone we were waiting for.
There's a lot to appreciate in this build, though it will look small next to most other modular buildings. It retires in December and is available (on back order in some regions) now for £289.99 / $329.99 / €329.99. A back order period won't stop you from earning double points or that gift-with-purchase.
The only DC modular building

DC surprised everyone last year when it joined the modular building range with its first entry. 76300 Arkham Asylum is unique in that respect, and for being an inverted corner module. It includes numerous exclusive minifigures, plenty of interior details to place the minifigures in and around, as well as a transport truck.
Set aside £269.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 for the 2,953-piece model before it retires at the end of July 2027, or right now to earn double points and a GWP.
