Every LEGO set retiring in 2025 – February update

January is behind us and 2025 is off to a flying start, but that won't stop hundreds of LEGO sets from retiring – including some massive models.

Every LEGO set has a retirement date – the date by which it will no longer be produced in factories and after which, available stock is likely to be unreliable. It's not a bad idea to keep track of these dates and pick up any must-have builds before their retirement arrives. Alongside the ability to more reliably add them to your collection, retiring LEGO sets are often subject to sales, and it's never too early in the year for such discounts.

From LEGO Star Wars to more unusual collections and themes, here's everything you need to know about the models retiring in 2025 as of February. These dates are all subject to change and since it's only February, this certainly won't be the final list.

LEGO Star Wars retiring sets 2025

With another addition to the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection coming soon, this year is still set to be your last chance to grab 75304 Darth Vader Helmet while you still can.

LEGO Ideas retiring sets 2025

LEGO Ideas still has a significant selection of sets retiring this year, one of the highlights of which is 21344 The Orient Express Train for LEGO train enthusiasts.

LEGO Marvel retiring sets 2025

While 76178 Daily Bugle remains on the list of LEGO Marvel sets due to retire in 2025, note that two other models are leaving shelves by July at the time of writing. This includes 76284 Green Goblin Construction Figure for a rare set inspired by the older Spider-Man films (and No Way Home).

LEGO Harry Potter retiring sets 2025

Despite being released just over a month ago, 76441 Hogwarts Castle: Dueling Club is currently scheduled to retire later this year. It may be one to prioritise in the coming months.

From the massive 42115 Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 to the two-wheeled 42159 Yamaha MT-10 SP, it's set to be an impactful year for retiring LEGO Technic models.

LEGO Icons retiring sets 2025

With crowdfunding for the castle-centric Siege Encampment due to begin soon, time is running out to pick up both 10305 Lion Knights' Castle and 10332 Medieval Town Square.

LEGO Architecture retiring sets 2025

Two of the remaining LEGO Architecture skylines are still retiring in 2025, including the longstanding 21028 New York City and 21044 Paris. Expect this to remain the same for most of 2025, judging by past years.

LEGO NINJAGO retiring sets 2025

Just as 71814 Tournament Temple City moves out of the 2025 retiring list, 71799 NINJAGO City Markets takes its place before another NINJAGO City set is due to be released. This will leave the workshops model alone on shelves, despite being designed to be part of a bigger collection.

As LEGO DC quietly expands beyond Batman in 2025, most of the theme's builds are scheduled to retire this year, including 76274 Batman with the Batmobile vs. Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze with some enticing content based on Batman: The Animated Series.

LEGO Super Mario retiring sets 2025

Those collecting the new LEGO Mario Kart models might want to pick up the pace as one is still scheduled to retire in 2025, alongside the loosely-related 71431 Bowser's Muscle Car.

LEGO Animal Crossing retiring sets 2025

Time is running out for most of the current LEGO Animal Crossing sets as the minifigure-centric Nintendo theme will be waving goodbye to the following sets later this year at the time of writing.

LEGO Fortnite retiring sets 2025

LEGO City retiring sets 2025

LEGO City has seen some changes to the list of sets retiring in 2025 this month with 60412 4x4 Fire Truck with Rescue Boat, 60449 Off-Road Police Car Chase and 60453 Lifeguard Beach Rescue Truck now due to retire this year. 60449 Off-Road Police Car Chase is only due to be released in March, but seemingly only has a short lifespan.
